Step 1.

A windstorm or hailstorm hits your area. You hear on the news that some trees have been uprooted and notice some fallen branches in your yard and are wondering if your roof is OK. Let us check your roof to see if there is enough damage or significant damage which makes sense to file a claim with your homeowner insurance company. If the damage is minimal, we provide you with a written estimate and start the process with your permission.

Step 2.

In case of significant damage, we limit further property damage by tarping the damaged or leaking areas. We forward bill for this to your insurance company and you do not need to pay for this upfront.

Step 3.

We help you contact your insurance company's 24X7 Claim line to begin the roof damage insurance claim process.

Step 4.

We meet the insurance adjuster at your home during roof inspection.

Step 5.

We work with your insurance estimate for damages. Upon getting clearance from your insurance company we repair or replace your roof and wait for insurance payment to be issued to you. All insurance payments go through the homeowner or policyowner and we get paid once homeowner deposits this amount into their account.

Step 6.

We provide a transferrable warranty for the work we perform. In case of a roof replacement, we provide a 50-year roof warranty from the manufacturer as well as a 10 year installation warranty from AST Consulting, LLC.
